Rob Millock | Co-Founder and CEO
Originally from Albany, New York, Rob Millock is Co-Founder and CEO of Legacy Service Partners. Previously, Rob worked at Activision Blizzard as an Executive Producer on the Call of Duty franchise as a Business Lead to the CEO. Prior to Activision Blizzard, Rob worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at the Raine Group, where he focused on media, telecom and gaming sectors. After graduating college, Rob worked at Glencore International as a trader in the company’s aluminum group.
Rob received an MBA from The Wharton School, graduating with honors, and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. He also has a MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jake Sloane | Co-Founder
Originally from New York City, Jake Sloane is a Co-Founder of Legacy Service Partners and the Co-Founder and CEO of Crete Mechanical Group. Jake also sits on the board of Alliance Animal Health, which he co-founded in 2016. Alliance is a platform of over 90 veterinary practices across 13 states. CMG is a platform of commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors that operates in several states in the US. Prior to Alliance, Jake was an associate at Carlyle where he diligenced and oversaw investments in the healthcare space. Prior to Carlyle, Jake worked at Blackstone in their Mergers & Acquisitions group where he worked with media, chemicals, and financial services companies. Jake is a Trustee of the Heckscher Foundation for Children.
Jake received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science from Harvard University where he graduated magna cum laude.
Frank Zhang | Co-Founder
Originally from Irvine, California, Frank Zhang is a Co-Founder of Legacy Service Partners and the Co-founder and CEO of Crete Mechanical Group. Frank also sits on the board of Alliance Animal Health, which he co-founded in 2016. Prior to Alliance, Frank was an associate at Apollo where he diligenced and oversaw investments in gaming & leisure, metals & mining, security, and publishing. After graduating from college, Frank worked at Blackstone in their Mergers & Acquisitions group where he worked with companies in oil & gas, utilities, and chemicals.
Frank received an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B. S. in Economics (Finance) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Andrew Schreiner | SVP of Finance
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Andrew joined Legacy Service Partners in June 2022 to lead the Finance, Accounting and Financial Systems teams. Prior to joining LSP, Andrew worked at Sedgwick, a third-party claims administrator, as the SVP of Global Finance for the International Division, which included 60+ countries.
Andrew received a Master’s in Accounting from Keller Graduate School, and a B.S.B. A. in Finance from the University of Florida with a minor in Economics. He also has his CPA license from the State of New York.
Jesse Stearns | VP of Operations
Originally from Milton, FL, Jesse joined Legacy Service Partners in February 2022 as the VP of Operations. Prior to joining LSP, Jesse worked as the VP of Operations for a large HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical company in the Panhandle of Florida, which he helped scale to $60M+ of annual revenue. Prior to his time there, Jesse worked as a superintendent for a large construction company where supervised multi-million dollar hospital construction projects across the Southeast.
Jesse started his career in 1998 as a plumbing helper and quickly worked his way into leadership and supervisor roles. Working with industry best practice groups, he has helped shape managers to build profitable, growing companies.
Brian Cogan | VP of Business Development
Originally from New York and now residing in Miami, Florida, Brian joined Legacy Service Partners in January 2022 as the VP of Business Development. Prior to Legacy, Brian was a long / short equity research analyst, most recently at Balyasny Asset Management as a Senior Analyst, before that at Glenview Capital Management as a Senior Analyst, and before that at Hudson Executive Capital as a generalist analyst. Prior to his hedge fund roles, Brian worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Barclays, first in the Power & Utilities group, then in the Healthcare group.
Ann Marie Briggs | Director of Human Resources
Originally from New York, Ann Marie (Annie) has spent the majority of her life in Scottsdale, AZ. She joined Legacy Service Partners in January 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Previously, Annie worked at Verra Mobility as the Director of Total Rewards. Prior to her role at VM, she was the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Axon, where she focused on building a comprehensive rewards program that could be competitive in the tech sector.
Annie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish from Arizona State University.
Patrick Prommel | Director of Strategy & Implementations
Patrick was born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia. Patrick joined Legacy Service Partners in May 2022 as the Director of Strategy and Implementation. Before joining LSP, he worked at Deloitte Consulting where he established program governance standards for government agencies, designed M&A tech strategies for payment providers, and created internal award-winning product marketing campaigns. He coached over 300 new hires and was named an “Ace of McLean,” an award reserved for the top 1% of consultants in the McLean office. Patrick also co-founded Medfund, a medical non-profit in Bolivia with over 27k supporters on Facebook, that has provided aid to over 10k patients.
Patrick received an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland (Go Terps!)
Stephanie Fitzgerald | Group Financial Controller
Originally from Satellite Beach, FL, Stephanie joined Legacy Service Partners in August 2021 as the Group Financial Controller. Prior to joining LSP, Stephanie worked at Sykes Enterprises, Inc., a global provider of outsourced services, as the Senior Director, Global Finance – SEC & Financial Reporting. At Sykes her duties included overseeing SEC reporting compliance, investor relations filings, board reporting, etc. Prior to Sykes, Stephanie worked for another public company in Tampa in SEC Reporting. She started her career with EY as an auditor.
Stephanie received a Master’s in Accounting, Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Finance (with a minor in Classical Studies) with honors from the University of Florida. She also has her CPA license from the State of Florida.
Marco Romero | Business Lead
Originally from Westport, Connecticut, Marco joined Legacy Service Partners in September 2021 as a Business Lead. Prior to joining LSP, Marco was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton in the Strategy & Transactions M&A Advisory group, where he handled key financial and strategic analyses and day-to-day support for a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions. Prior to that, Marco was an auditor at Grant Thornton.
Marco received a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation in the state of New York.
Nicole Hockley | Sr. Manager of People Operations
Originally from Colorado, Nicole joined Legacy Service Partners in January 2022 as the Sr. Manager of People Operations. Prior to joining LSP, Nicole was the Director of Human Resources for a HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical home services company in Florida. Nicole previously was a Human Resources Manager for Anheuser-Busch, where she supported multi-state and multi-site teams with a focus on compliance, workforce planning, training and development, and labor relations. She also supported the successful integrations of independent distributors to the Anheuser-Busch network.
Nicole receive an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
Peter Ankoh | Director of Accounting
Peter Ankoh joined Legacy Service Partners in November of 2021 as a Director of Accounting. Previously, Peter worked at Raymond James Financial as an Accounting Policy Manager. Prior to Raymond James, Peter was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where he primarily served healthcare, and media & entertainment sectors.
Peter is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. Peter received his Master’s in Accounting from Wake Forest University. He also has a BA in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
Amelia Liti | Director of Accounting
Amelia joined Legacy Service Partners in June of 2022 as a Director of Accounting. Prior to Legacy, Amelia was a Consulting Manager at Ernst & Young specializing in analyzing media measurement services, digital advertising, and social media platform for compliance to advertising industry standards. Amelia also worked at Tech Data focusing on performing consolidation and review of financials and assessment and implementation of various finance controls within the organization, including assessing controls of newly acquired entities and worked at Roper Technologies within their internal audit department. Amelia started her professional career in the external audit sector initially with PwC and later with EY.
Amelia is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
Amanda Morgan | Financial Systems Manager
Originally from Key Biscayne Florida, Amanda joined Legacy Service Partners in January 2022 as a Financial Systems Manager. Prior to joining LSP, Amanda held the same title at AmeriLife Group, one of the leading independent insurance agencies in the United States. At AmeriLife, Amanda held several roles across HR, Accounting, Finance, and Operations.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, graduating with honors. She also holds a Windows Programming Certificate earned from St. Pete College.
Clay Winkler | Financial Systems Analyst
Originally from Melbourne Beach, FL, Clay joined Legacy Service Partners in March 2022 as a Financial Systems Analyst. Prior to joining LSP, Clay worked at AmeriLife Group as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst. During Clay’s time there, he worked on partner implementations while also developing finance and accounting systems. Prior to AmeriLife, Clay worked in the Center of Excellence at Verizon.
Clay received a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of North Florida. He also holds a programming SQL certification.
James Byer | Director of Operations
Originally from Farmington, CT, James joined Legacy Service Partners in September of 2022. Prior to joining LSP, James was a corporate finance manager in retail and wholesale fashion, working for Christian Louboutin and most recently, Steve Madden. Prior to that, James worked at multiple early-stage start-ups spanning IOT, media, and ecommerce. After graduating college, James worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in their futures and derivatives group.
James received his B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.
Anabel Fernandez | ServiceTitan Implementation Manager
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Anabel Fernandez joined Legacy Service Partners in May 2022 as a Service Titan Implementation Manager. Previously, Anabel worked at Anderson Air as an Implementation Specialist. Prior to Anderson Air, Anabel worked in content marketing at High Impact Analytics, where she focused on improving and evaluating e-commerce content, consumer traffic, sales through API integrations and SEO/SEM analysis.
Anabel started her career as an account executive project manager, developing thorough business plans to achieve predefined goals and quotas.
Esmeralda Russell | HRIS Systems Specialist
Esmeralda Russell joined Legacy Service Partners in April 2022 as an HRIS Specialist. Prior to joining LSP, Esmeralda worked across the HR spectrum, responsible for recruiting, training, employee relations, benefits, and safety in her various roles. She has worked in the trades for nearly five years, and previously worked in industries such as banking, healthcare, and hospitality.
Candi Hammett | Regional Controller
Originally from Alaska (having spent the last 19 years in Texas), Candi joined Legacy Service Partners as the Texas Regional Controller in April 2022. Prior to joining LSP, she was the Financial Controller for Black Plumbing Services, LLC, one of LSP’s partner companies. Previously, Candi spent ten years in the nonprofit sector in roles such as Vice President of Business & Finance, Director of Student Finance, and Director of Payroll, Tax, & Student Accounts.
Candi holds an MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University.
Jarret Strawn | Regional Controller
Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Jarret joined Legacy Service Partners in July 2022 as the Southeast Regional Controller. Prior to joining LSP, Jarret was the Corporate Controller at MidAmerica Administrative & Retirement Solutions, a third-party administrator of government and non-profit benefit and retirement plans. In that role he was responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s accounting, including managing daily processing, monthly financial reporting, board reporting, and the annual budget process. Jarret earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Tampa and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant.
Amanda Yerrid | Sr. Manager, FP&A
Originally from New York, Amanda joined Legacy Service Partners in September 2022 as a Senior Manager of FP&A. Before joining LSP, Amanda worked at Sedgwick, a third-party claims administrator, as a Senior Project Manager for Finance.
Amanda received a Master’s in Accounting and Bachelor’s in Accounting from The University of Tampa.
Genevieve Davis | Recruiter
Originally from Angeles City, Philippines, Genevieve was raised in the UK before relocating to Panama City, FL. Genevieve joined Legacy Service Partners in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Before joining LSP, Genevieve was a recruiter for an HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical home service company in the Florida panhandle. Prior to that, she was a Recruiter for TrueBlue, a Fortune 500 Staffing Agency, and worked directly with the PeopleReady brand, supporting multi-state branches, and recruiting for a variety of industries.
In 2021, Genevieve received the Top Recruiter award, which recognizes the best corporate and agency recruiters in over 30 industries and 50+ cities across North America.
Dani Christian | Recruiting Coordinator
Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Dani joined Legacy Service Partners in August 2022 as the Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to LSP, Dani worked as a Recruiting and Training Coordinator at Texas Roadhouse, a Fortune 500 company in the casual-dining space based in Louisville, KY. Dani has extensive experience in customer service, recruiting, and employee onboarding.
Patricia Stevenson | Accounting Manager
Patricia Stevenson joined Legacy Service Partners in December of 2021 as the Accounting Manager. She handles bank transitions, credit card applications, and is responsible for the month end close at the LSP level.
Patricia has a Master of Business Administration from University of South Florida St. Petersburg a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
